Ring in the Holidays

Ring in the Holidays

Join us in bringing the holiday spirit to the library by making delicious holiday snacks that are healthy and fun to make! Long ago the sun was used to dry food. Nowadays the preservation process is made quicker and easier with the help of an electric food dehydrator. Dehydrated apples make wonderful, dried goodies that you can take anywhere and snack on any time. By the end of this session, kids will learn how to make apple rings.

When: There are two sessions on Tuesdays, December 10 and 17 from 3.30 to 5 p.m. for kids ages 9 to 12 and two sessions on Wednesdays, December 11 and 18 from 10 to 11.30 a.m. for kids ages 3 to 5
