Accessing your Account from Home

Reserves and renewals can be done from home. Please contact the Library by phone at 364-1731 or in person to set up your PIN number.

Follow the link to the Library Catalogue and then click on the "Log in" button.

Type in your library card number and your PIN number. Please note that BC OneCard members will have to type the letter "C" at the beginning of their card number.

New services offered include viewing your items out list, placing reserves, or renewing your books.

Please note that users with unpaid fine balances will not be able to renew their items from home by this method. These customers must contact the Library to have a staff person assist them.

Unpaid fine balances are not viewable at this time by customers. The display will only indicate whether fines are accruing (and for what amount) on existing overdue items.

It is not recommended to renew an item too far in advance of its due date, as there is a maximum number of times an item can be renewed. Items with reserves on them cannot be renewed and users will get a message indicating such.

Items that are NOT renewable are: Inter-Library Loans, magazines, music, videos and DVDs.
